After years of traveling and scouting the wonders of the Caucasus, we’ve decided to launch the first border crossing Caucasus journey and combine all the best from this amazing place.
For 6 days we will cross regions, autonomy and country mixing cultures with adventures. From jeep riding through hiking all the way to visit minefields. Snowy peaks, ancient cultures, amazing food and wild, pure nature.
Adventure at its best.
Why travel the Caucasus you ask?
Well! Amazing views, great hospitality, lots of history, archaeology, and just good old wild nature. Oh, and less than 18 days is not nearly enough to experience all that this range has to offer. That’s how the cross Caucasus adventure came to be. We’ve collected the best this range of mountains has to offer and melted it into one crazy, unforgettable package.
This expedition is a combination of Backpacking Expedition to Georgia and Abkhazia.
It is the firs of two amazing packages that leave mark on every traveler, together they complete the full frame of Caucasus’ conflicts. To give you the possibility to customise your experience, by deciding if to join the whole part or just one of them.
Abkhazia has been one of the most beloved touristic regions of the Russian Empire first, and later of the Soviet Union, a small stripe of land between the Black Sea coast and the Caucasus Mountains. Abkhazia now is still officially part of Georgia but it is recognised as independent states from Russia and a couple of other countries.
